MUSIC BOOKING

Save the costs of printing cd’s, postage, and paper. We no longer accept press kits or CD format demos. The submission process for booking your band at Hensley’s is as follows:

• Send an email to bookinghensleys@gmail.com with links to the band’s My Space, Facebook, and Purevolume pages. An EPK is acceptable but not preferred.

Before submitting music please keep in mind:

• The Flying Elephant can not book music that falls into the following genres: Punk, Heavy Metal, Hip Hop.
• Our live entertainment curfew is 11PM, 7 nights a week.
• Since we don’t have a cover charge at Hensley’s, settlement is a percentage of sales from one hour before the first band, until the end of the night. We don’t have a “built in” crowd. We rely heavily on a combination of band self-promotion, and the Flying Elephant’s in-house team.
• The calendar is booked at least three months in advance
• We do our best to reply to all emails, please allow 2-3 weeks for a reply.
